2. This application has been filed seeking a modification in the title portion of the order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67004 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner writes his name as Raju Shrivastava @ Sinha @ Neelmani Kumar but in the original petition giving rise to Cr. Misc. No. 67004 of 2023, he wrote his name as Raju Shrivastava @ Sinha. The another alias name 'Neelmani Kumar' could not be added in the petition as a result whereof in the order dated 07.11.2023 passed by this Court the name 'Neelmani Kumar' is not recorded. It is for this reason alone that the petitioner could not submit his bail bonds in terms of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9172 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 order passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 67004 of 2023.
4. There is no opposition to this application.
5. Having regard to the submissions made before this Court, this Court directs to carry out the modification/addition in the name of the petitioner in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 67004 of 2023 and the order dated 07.11.2023 passed by this Court in the said case. Accordingly, let the name of the petitioner be read as Raju Shrivastava @ Sinha @ Neelmani Kumar. The learned court below shall read this order together with the order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67004 of 2023 and in case the petitioner surrenders and submits his bail bonds within three weeks from today, he would be given the benefit of the order passed by this Court.
