(i) For issuance of writ, order, direction or any appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to consider selection of the petitioner and accordingly issue appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Anganbari Supervisor

Patna High Court CWJC No.3213 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/3 in the District of Gopalganj in pursuance of meeting held on 20.02.2018 by the District Selection Committee, Gopalganj under Chairmanship of the Respondent No.-4 the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, wherein the merit list of 2011-2012 for the Aganbari Supervisor was revised (amended) and in the said revised Panel (merit list) found place at sl. No. 27 under category of scheduled caste.

(ii) Alternatively to direct respondent No.-5 the District Magistrate Gopalganj to decide the representation dated 10.8.23 pending before him."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj i.e. the respondent no. 5 for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Gopalganj i.e. the respondent no. 5, by filing

Patna High Court CWJC No.3213 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 3/3 appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
