JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsels for the parties submit that the encroacher has filed a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 7383 of 2024 and the Hon'ble High Court has passed interim order in his favour vide order dated 1.5.2024, hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous at the moment.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to

Patna High Court MJC No.3678 of 2023(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 dispose off the present petition, while granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate contempt petition afresh in case the aforesaid writ petition stands dismissed.
