Case No. 560 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 384, 385, 386, 307, 120B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the FIR and there is allegation against the petitioner of firing and causing injury to one Ravindra Mishra and husband of informant, due to which he succumbed to the injuries and he was taken to Paras hospital. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 20.1.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 3118 of 2010 and another co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79263 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 and he is in custody8 since 16.7.2019.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that 12 cases are pending against the petitioner which will appear from the case diary.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
