2. The petitioners have come before this Court for disposal of their representations which is pending, according to them since 4.8.2022 before the Collector, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.4).
3. Learned State Counsel submits that if such representations are there and/or fresh representation is filed, the concerned respondent is duty bound to take the same to its
Patna High Court CWJC No.1729 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 logical conclusion.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he will be filing a fresh representation alongwith the supporting documents.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioners prefer a fresh alongwith the relevant documents before the respondent-Collector, Muzaffarpur within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of four months thereafter.
