2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that from the house of the informant unknown miscreants have committed theft of jewellery and valuables.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that there is suspicion on the guard. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in this case from Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024. In that case he has given his confessional statement. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that save and except the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85112 of 2025(3) dt.16-12-2025 2/3 confessional statement, nothing is against the petitioner. No recovery has been made from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that from perusal of his antecedents it has transpired that he has been made accused in every unsolved case of theft in Patliputra P.S. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 14.01.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail of the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with a condition that the petitioner shall report weekly in Patliputra P.S. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 572 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- X, Patna.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further requested that as the cases which are pending against the petitioner are all from one P.S., i.e. Patliputra P.S., the trial of all the cases be conducted in a single court.

8. Considering the prayer of learned counsel for the appellant, learned District Judge of Patna is directed to make such an arrangement that all the cases of this petitioner are tried in one court.
