JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.I. For commanding the respondent No. 2 to hold an enquiry of his office for allowing registration and take appropriate action against respondents No. 4 and 5 and other concerned employees and staffs involved in execution of 10 fraudulent deeds of sale executed by an imposter in the name of the petitioner, by the respondent No.4 without holding any inquiry with reference to the PAN Card and Adhar Card of the petitioner to identify of the genuineness of Vendor of a deed of sale and not recognizing the fictitious person, falsely appeared as vendor before him in the name of the petitioner.

II. Also for commanding the respondents No. 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action including lodging of F.I.R. against the concerned

After some arguments, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Inspector General of Registration, Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
