The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2019 in connection with Special Case No. 8569 of 2019 arising out of Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 858 of 2019 for the offence under Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in inebriated condition. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was never made accused for the offence under the provisions of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of the allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82902 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise ,Patna in connection with Special Case No. 8569 of 2019 arising out of Agam Kuan P.S.
