2. The petitioner has put to challenge an order dated 28.07.2019 passed by the Child Development Officer, Tetariya in the district of East Champaran, whereby her selection as Anganbari Sevika, for Anganbari Centre No. 105 of Ward No. 9 in Village Meghua, in the district of East Champaran has been cancelled. It is the petitioner's grievance that under the guidelines issued by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, governing the selection of Anganbari Sevika, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the District Program Officer, East Champaran, on 14.09.2019, itself but the same has yet not been decided.

3. Considering the nature of grievance which the petitioner has raised, this application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.25279 of 2019(3) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 direction to the District Program Officer, East Champaran, Motihari to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-5 to the writ application, within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
