2. The petitioner, who is lady, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, but later on, Sections 302 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added in F.I.R.
3. Petitioner is married sister-in-law (uun) of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is in custody. Co-accused Savita Devi (mother-in-law of deceased), having similar and identical allegation, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 02.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11614 of 2025. Petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84562 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 07.08.2025.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of petitioner.
5. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran / concerned Court in connection with Nautan P.S.
