In this case, the petitioner is seeking relief for granting the benefit arising from M.A.C.P. scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 20.09.2016 (Annexure-1) before the respondent no.4, which is still pending, so, this Court may give direction to respondent no.4 to decide the said representation.

Let the respondent no.4 decide the pending

Patna High Court CWJC No.12 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the respondent no.4 arrives to a finding that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit, in such circumstance, the same will be given to the petitioner including all consequential benefits within four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
