2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that he is ready to face trial but he is suffering because of the absconding accused persons and therefore his trial may be separated from that of the other accused persons.
3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani/concerned Court below is directed to split the trial
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2582 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 of the petitioner from that of other co-accused and proceed with the trial.
4. It is expected that the trial of the petitioner will be concluded at the earliest, preferably within one year from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madhubani through FAX for its compliance.
