JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to concerned respondent authorities to supply the answer sheet of English and Hindi Typing (computer based) Test to the petitioner on the cost of petitioner, if any, and if the petitioner found successful in the Typing Test, the result of the petitioner be declared successful and allowed him to appear in Main Written Examination for the post of Assistant (Level- 7) and Data Entry Operator (Level-4) against the advertisement no. 02/2023 advertised by the signature of the Secretary, Bihar Legislative Council, Bihar

(ii). For issuance of a writ, order of direction to dispose of the representation dated 06.12.2023 by supplying the result of merit list, answer sheet of Hindi and Typing (computer based) and M.S. office Word Processing.

(iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to concerned authorities to issue admit card in the name of petitioner for appearing in Main Examination, if the petitioner is found eligible for the said post."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
