This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kajraili P.S.Case No.58 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR the informant got information of Dacoity at his Petrol Pump, he reached there and found that the petitioner and other accused persons were arrested on the spot Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the FIR discloses that he was arrested at the spot but nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody for more than five months, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79262 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage but once the charge has bee framed I this case , petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
