JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliaya P. S. Case No. 585 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner, who is Panchayat Teacher is that his TET Certificate was found forged on verification of the Bihar Examination Board. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has no knowledge about the same. She is a lady. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if she surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be considered on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80577 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 the basis of materials available on record as well as considering the fact that she is a lady and if, possible to be disposed of on the same day.
