JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 10771 of 2018, arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018, for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He submits that only 6 litres of country made liquor was recovered. He is in custody since 11.10.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special
