42/2010 whereby and whereunder the respondents authority has rejected the application for restoration of the Registration Appeal No. 42/2010 in its original file without considering that the case was dismissed in default and no final order was passed.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
