The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.182 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, petitioner and four other accused persons dragged informant to the orchard and made firing. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself discloses that nobody has received injuries of firing in spite of firing by five persons. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for five months. Charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.182 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
