Mr. Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after due consideration the claim of all the writ petitioners were dismissed.

Instead of going into the nitty-gritty of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents no.2 who shall consider the case of the petitioners appropriately and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
