2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for redressal of her grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel by
Patna High Court CWJC No.818 of 2025(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
