The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner had produced a forged certificate of Eighth Pass for his selection on temporary basis as daily wages Majdoor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has denied that the certificate is forged one.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2187 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No.28 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
