Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No.343 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 326, 411, 307/34 IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that there is no injury report on record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM,
