2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120(b) and 34 of Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of the daughter of informant by strangulation .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is neither connected with the alleged occurrence nor got any concern with the alleged occurrence .

5. However, learned counsel for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2573 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that there is serious allegation against this petitioner is that she along with other co-accused persons committed murder of the deceased and during investigation witness has also supported the prosecution case . Post mortem report of deceased shows that cause of death is asphyxia due to strangulation .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
