Petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No.195 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant got information from his daughter that dead body of her son, Afroz Alam, is hanging in Banswari. The informant has alleged in the written report that her son had told her about a week prior to the occurrence that this petitioner along with two other accused, as named in the written report, used to take intoxicant in Banswari for which he had raised objection and they had given threat to him.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
