1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Murar P.S. Case no. 90 of 2023, registered under sections 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on search being conducted, the petitioner was caught with a motorcycle. On being asked, the petitioner did not produce any documents with respect to the same.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He purchased the said motorcycle from one Dipu Kumar who had assured him that he would provide the documents to the petitioner soon. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2023 and charge-sheet has

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, his being in custody since 18.10.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Murar P.S. Case no.90 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
