2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 705 of 2019 arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the wife of the deceased who has got her husband killed.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 14.1.2019 and the trial is on the verge of conclusion.

5. Considering the fact that the trial is now on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
