In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Today, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner showing that the girl has entered into the marriage under the Arya Samaj rituals and Arya Samaj Mandir Samiti has issued a certificate of their marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father and his son, as per the allegation, has

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case no. 203 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
