JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.185 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, it is pointed out that during pendency of the application petitioner no.1 Shankar Poddar has been arrested.

In that view of the matter, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that three other accused persons having more or less identical
