The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.19 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498-A, 313, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Pursuant to the order dated 23.11.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit, sworn by the O.P. No.2. The same is kept on record.

In the supplementary affidavit, the deponent has stated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79205 of 2019(8) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 that " I am wife of petitioner in this case and I am living along with the petitioner (husband) in matrimonial house. Now there is no disputes with the petitioner."

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.19 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
