JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband, is of subjecting the daughter of informant to cruelty and harassment and also tried to set her on fire with respect to one four wheeler.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and he is still ready to keep his wife with dignity and care.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78893 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on surrender he will be released on provisional bail for a period of two months to the satisfaction of the court below. Learned court below shall issue notice to the daughter of informant and on her appearance learned court shall try to re conciliate between the parties and on reconciliation if it is found that petitioner is not at fault, his bail bond shall be confirmed, otherwise the court shall pass any other order(s). With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
