The petitioner seeks bail in Daudnagar P. S. Case No.349 of 2019, Corresponding to G.R. No. 1312 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342,147,323,379 and 504 of the IPC and Sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Petitioner's counsel submits that having no criminal antecedents, he is in custody since 04.11.2019. The FIR, at best, discloses that he was in a drunken state. There is no recovery of the articles alleged to have been snatched though the petitioner has been apprehended at the place of occurrence Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80018 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge -VII-cum Spl. Judge (Excise) Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P. S. Case No.349 of 2019, Corresponding to G.R. No. 1312 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled.
