JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP. Victim, Komal Kumari approaching the age of majority (17 years) came out from her house on the pretext of getting herself admitted in B.A. Part-II and since thereafter, became traceless. During course of search, informant-father came to know that she has been enticed away by Bikram Kumar, Chhedi Das, Asha Devi, Rajesh Das and Sima Devi. From her statement recorded under Section 164 CrPC, she volunteered herself to have accompanied the petitioner, got herself married and while was staying with him happily, enjoying her marital status came to know about the institution of the case, whereupon, she appeared before learned SDJM, Darbhanga.
