JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Three hundred fifteen litres spirit is said to have been recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioner was found sitting.

Regard being had to the above-stated facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
