2 This writ petition has been filed for the following relief (s):
"(i) For issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus and to direct the respondents to create Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner and consider the forwarding letter of the CO, Barsoi vide letter No 844 dated 05.06.2017 sent to the Additional Collector, Katihar.
(ii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondents to settle the land to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1271 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 petitioner in the provision of Bihar Privileged Persons Home Stead Tenancy Act, 1947.
(iii) Any other relief that the petitioner may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to prefer fresh representation. 4 The said liberty is always to the individual much less to the petitioner.
