2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 639 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 3(5), 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It has come in the FIR that the petitioner had informed the family of the deceased that the deceased had met with an accident and they had taken him to the hospital. There he was treated and he died after eight days of the occurrence.

4. From the injury, it appears that the deceased had met with an accident. The petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 639 of 2024.
