2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 111, 317(2), 317(5) and 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that police officials proceeded from the police station for raid on the basis of tower location of one mobile no. 9038099443.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his house was raided and from his house, altogether 3 mobiles were recovered.

He is having no knowledge regarding the third mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the mobile number regarding which, the police has started the raid, has not yet been recovered. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 22.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 115 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistate VI, Nawada.
