The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nayagoan P.S.Case No.147 of 2019 dated 1.10.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Pena Code and Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .
Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 70 ltrs. of liquor kept in the tube from the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for two months. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence in this case Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.78605 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfacti2019on of the learned ADJ 2nd, cum special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S.Case no.147 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
