The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 143, 188, 341, 283, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the informant got information that on the occasion of All India strike called by Congress Party, the accused persons blocked the road near Bajrang chowk, the accused persons, he along with other police personnel reached there and tried to regularize the traffic. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83186 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 was a protest against the local administration. The petitioner was also sitting in the dharna. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner. It was a peaceful dharna. Said dharna was called by the All India Cognress Party. For political reason the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. case No.914 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
