2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 22897 of 2023 with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of lapse of more than one year from the last rejection order, the trial has not concluded and I.O. of the case is yet to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
