2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354 D, 354, 354 (a) , 504 and 509 of the IPC and 12 of POCSO Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have misbehaved with the minor daughter of the informant and upon protest this petitioner pelted stones on the house of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay of 5 days in lodging the present First Information Report (F.I.R.,) for which there is no plausible explanation . No

As a matter of fact, both the parties are close door neighbour and due to petty dispute , this false and concocted case has been lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner is student of SBS College Tekari and he has passed B.sc mathematics with first class and has also qualified for physical test of constable . Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2024 .
5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
6. Learned counsel for the informant and the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO cum Additional sessions Judge VII Gaya in connection with Tekari ( Mau OP) Police Station Case No. 119 of 2024 .
