Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner and other co-accused is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage, hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
