The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification in the order dated 10.10.2023,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14680 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 thereby granted four weeks's time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Motihari Town PS Case No. 985 of 2022, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that they lacked the information regarding grant of their anticipatory bail, hence they were unable furnish their bail bonds within the stipulated time.

Accordingly, the order dated 10.10.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27213 of 2023, is modified to the aforesaid extent and two weeks' further time is allowed to surrender in terms of the order dated 10.10.2023.
