2. That by way of the present writ the petitioner seeks following reliefs:

I.

For issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions directing the Respondent authority i.e. Additional Collector, Rohtas, the respondent no. 4 to get the disposal of the Case No. 13/2015 (Jamabandi Correction) which is pending before him for about four years last.

II. Further direction to the authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.367 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2024 2/3 concerned the Respondent no. 4 to pass a necessary order in this regard so that necessary correction as required in Jamabandi of the petitioner be made by deleting the name of the father namely, Balkishun Bind of the private respondent No.

5 whose name intentionally been shown as others in the Jamabandi No. 106 which had been running in the name of the father of the petitioner and presently in the name of petitioner which is not in dispute.

III. For issuance of any other relief/reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Despite the fact that the copies of the writ petition was served upon the State on 14.12.2018, upon call, learned counsel for the State submits that short adjournment is required for filing reply, the same is deplorable.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that till date, the Jamabandi Correction Case No. 13/2015 according to the last information given to him has not been disposed of by the Additional Collector, Rohtas at

Patna High Court CWJC No.367 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2024 3/3 Sasaram (Respondent No.3).

5. The aforesaid case was preferred before the Additional Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram almost a decade ago and if the same has still not been disposed of, it is high time that the respondent No.3 take the matter to its conclusion within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
