2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) issuance of writ of certiorari or writ of appropriate nature, order, or direction quashing /setting aside the order dated 5.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional

Patna High Court CWJC No.20087 of 2025(4) dt.27-07-2026 2/3 Collector (ADM) Darbhanga in Dhakhil Kharij Revision case no. 105/2024-25, where under the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by Respdt. No.4 (The DCLR Darbhanga) in Dhakhil Kharij Appeal по. 07/2024-25 has been set aside.

(ii) the petitioners pray for consequential order to the respondents to mutate 1 katha (4.36decimal) land of khata no. 127, plot no. 7 in favour of the petitioner no.1 on purchasing it vide sale deed dt. 2.06.23 from petitioner no. 2, for which the petitioner no. I had filed Mutation case no. 3559 R/27/23-24 before C.O Darbhanga and respondent no.4 had passed order in favour of petitioner no.1 for mutating this land in her name.

(iii) the petitioners pray for interim order for stay of the impugned order dated 5.08.2025 passed in Mutation Revision case no.105/ 2024-25 since the learned ADM Darbhanga vide memo no.1073 dt.5.08.2025 has communicated to the Anchal Adhikari Bahadurpur to proceed under Rule 10 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20087 of 2025(4) dt.27-07-2026 3/3 Bihar State Dhakhil Kharij Rules 2012.

3. At the outset, Mr. Ranjan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel representing the respondent no. 6 submits that now the Bihar Land Tribunal has been constituted and as such, the order of the Additional Collector, Darbhanga can very well be challenged before the said Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they shall be doing the needful but there has been delay.

5. In case, the petition is preferred in next eight weeks, the concerned authority/court shall look into the matter that the writ petition was filed before the Patna High Court while dealing with the limitation petition.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
