ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner is the servant of co-accused Shivdani Giri, he has been taken into custody in connection with the present case. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The allegation as per FIR against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.80936 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019.
