JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Gogri P.S. Case No. 305 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in compliance of order dated 21.01.2019 passed in this case, the petitioners have already deposited Rs. 1,00,000/- in the name of the informant before the concerned court below. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submission, let petitioner surrender before the court below within six weeks and the court below after verifying the submission with regard to payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- in favour of the informant, he shall release the petitioner on bail on
