Petitioner is accused in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered under Sections 7(a) and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 24.10.2019 by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 64894 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after farming of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been submitted on 23.11.2019, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Case No. 30 of 2019/Special Case No. 20 of 2019.
