Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,120(B)/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
The FIR was lodged on recovery of the dead body from the railway track. Suspicion is at three corners against three different persons. Petitioner is also suspected for the reason of dispute arising out of sale and purchase of land. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the basis of criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as allegation against the petitioner of commission of the murder.
Considering the fact that only material against the

No.79159 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 petitioner is suspicion as well as the fact that investigation is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Brahiya P.S. Case No.59/2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
