That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of public interest litigation, for direction to the respondents to issue necessary order as Opthalmic Assistant should not be posted on deputation by the order of Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer as the Director in chief, Health Services is competent authority, as similar situated employees like A.N.M, Staff Nurse and Tutor (Nursing) have been returned from his deputation place and deputation order has been terminated by the department in terms of Departmental order no. 111(6) dated 10.01.2024 and the same was communicated to all Civil Surgeon,
Patna High Court CWJC No.20073 of 2025(2) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 Bihar."
2. Considering the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, he is permitted to make a representation before Respondent No. 2. If such a representation is made, Respondent No. 2 shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order expeditiously and in accordance with law.
2. With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
