The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 550 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 30 (a), 41 (1) and 37 (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

As per allegation, 33.600 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the under-constructed house of the petitioner. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79146 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.550 of 2019 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
